DOGIO stands for “De OctrooiGemachtigde bij Innovatie en Ontwikkeling”; the Patent Attorney for Innovation and Development. We are inspired by living in the moment, in order to (continuously) adapt to supply and demand. Like many of our clients, we also strive for constant (product) development and innovation.

Connecting people and technology (in the broadest sense of the word) by speaking the right language is of great importance to us. Policy statement concerning the use of Artificial Intelligence
In order to improve the quality of our work DOGIO uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools.The main purposes for using AI tools are reducing the risk of human errors, increasing consistency of our work, and improving the communication with our clients and suppliers.Our employees remain fully responsible for their professional work, and cannot cite the use of generative AI as any excuse for errors or omissions.
In case confidential information is processed using cloud based AI tools, we take active steps to establish whether the chosen AI tools are safe and secure, that all information processed remains confidential and protected, and will not be used for development of any machine learning tool. Where adequate confidentiality cannot be assured, we do not use the tool.We comply with client requests that cloud based Artificial Intelligence tools may not be used to process their confidential data.

DOGIO has grown considerably both in the number of emplyees as in the range of services offered. In addition to patents, we increasingly focus on other forms of IP protection and on being a full service provider.
