Patrick qualified as a Dutch patent Attorney and is working on his European Qualification. He has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, biology, physics and related technology, not only products and processes, but also devices applied in these fields of technology.

Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC) filings are among his expertise as well. Although seemingly simple, there can always be objections which may, if not resolved, result in loss of extended SPC-protection for previously patent protected subject matter.
