For professional IP service providers, such as industry IP professionals and patent law firms, DOGIO IP arranges the (mass) creation and filings at the UPC of validly signed opt-out requests for European patent(s) and patent applications via our automated system. You only need to send us your order and a spreadsheet with for each EP patent (application) the relevant patent data (EP publication number, true owner, address), and we take care of the rest.
